Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Purchases made from online store of www.halesnax.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team (support@halesnax.com/8123650900) validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 15 days of receiving the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 15 days from order delivery date will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations can be processed within 12 hours of placing the orders or before we ship the product (whichever is early), by writing to us at orders@halesnax.com/8123650900. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
